Ladies, Before You Jusge Will Smith, Please Read This...
It's been 6 days since the incident occurred between Will Smith and Chris Rock at the Oscars.
And during my quiet time with God, I felt like He said not to speak or comment on it.
I have definitely tried my best not to despite what I've heard and seen those around me saying and doing.
Nevertheless, the situation has been on my mind constantly.
Of course we all know that Will Smith will face the ripple effects of his actions and this will affect him, his family and other opportunities in his future. (FACTS!)
As I pondered the situation I thought about myself.

While I may never have done what Will Smith did, what about the times I have done or said things within my marriage that have changed the whole atmosphere of how I relate to my husband?
And my wrong actions could have affected what we worked so hard to build as a couple, and as a family.
No maybe you would never slap somebody, but what if you said a few mean words that caused your husband to shut down for the rest of the day or even a few weeks?
Or maybe you made a non-refundable purchase that drained your bank account. Yes, that will affect your marriage!
Whatever the case may be, let's not be so quick to judge Will especially if slapping someone is not your area of growth.
In reality, your situation may not be any different from Will's. It just takes the "right" situation and the "right" pressure to push you to the edge.
Be honest, if you have ever done or said something to affect your marriage in a negative way and you regret it, type the word "Marriage" in the Comments box or just Click Here to message me.
